“My friend and I just spent 8 nights at Pear Tree Apartment and loved every minute. The location is fantastic and Juliet is just the most lovely host who will help you with anything you need on the island whether it be ordering a taxi or booking a boat trip for you. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the pics. Lovely and modern with two good sized bedrooms and a massive living / dining space. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms which is great and the beds are super comfy. The location is super central. All in all SUCH an amazing trip and I would stay back at this place in a heartbeat x”

Balcony backs onto beautiful, tropical garden views

“The apartment is high up and breezy, which was lovely. Good fans too. Views into the rear garden make the balcony a cool and tranquil place to relax. Beaches are 2 minutes away and stunning. I walked to Holetown in 35 minutes and Speightstown in 110mins but better to do that in the day when you can see where you’re going.”

A pleasant through breeze keeps the apartment cool

“A spacious, cool, comfortable apartment with everything you need, and nothing you don't. We had three weeks there; Franklyn welcomed us warmly and showed as around the clean, well equipped open plan space. It has a pleasant through breeze, a large balcony and two comfortable bedrooms. Fans, towels and ample kitchenware were provided. Sam came in three time a week to clean, change beds and (for a small extra charge) do our laundry. The bus stop is a short walk away and exuberant, noisy and packed 'yellow' buses are fun to ride. Both local supermarkets provided a shuttle service 'home' with our shopping, and the Payne's Bay fish market had delicious fresh fish, perfectly filleted. Great beaches and wonderful restaurants (Cliff Beach bar and Daphne's) are within walking distance and the neighbours are friendly and helpful. We had three weeks in Pear Tree Apartment enjoying the bustle and cheerful banter of living in the midst of an established community.”
